the book says mail motor locked up? which motor is the main motor?
there seems to be two a fuser and a drive motor, i assume they mean the drive motor? what causes this lock up? i feel the motor is not really bad but just cant turn something else, the fuser is not locked up it turns fine, so what may be the lock up?the drum unit i can turn also by hand,??
any suggestions? or is the motor really just bad?

Its the drum motor but it turns more than the drum, also the transfer, the whole cleaning unit, recycling, Are you running the motor in output mode. That would be the best test. You can remove gears to eliminate sections.
