initial problem was please wait reinstalled the hard drive then got a 322 code. replaced the synch pcb and it went away but i can't get rid of close indicated cover message. it doesn't specify what door to close just tells you to (close cover) . i removed the bypass tray because it wasn't recognized then reinstalled it and it showed up. i have the door switches 12042510 on order but i think it could be the hdd which is not in the parts list. ideas appreciated. thanks t

    It's a Toshiba 2.5" IDE HDD (p/n B0955763).

But I would just buy a a WD or Seagate locally or online from somewhere like newegg, it will be far cheaper.

There might be a fuse blown on the PSU. Check the service manual for blown fuse conditions.
