ricoh CL7000 registration problem

for no reason the lead edge registration and the side to side reg is slightly not bang in the middle of the page. i made adjustments in service mode under sise to side reg and manged to get it in the centre od the page.

forsomeeason the lead edge is not straight and is skewed anticlockwise about 2mm and not equal to the rear edge of the paper. triedadjusting lead edge registration and no changes. if i increased it to about 10mm it will only move 1mm. image is slighly scewed to 1 and a half mm every single time. customer does alot of art work and needs it perfect.

is there a part that it might need thats causing this??? ny suggestions???

cleaned all the feed rollers.

I had this problem before on this printer, and I found the hinge pin brackets on the vertical transport section were loose causing uneven pressure during paper feed. Something to check.
