    It's quite possible the oil application unit has come unlatched from the fuser slightly. I've seen this happen from the vibration when a unit gets transported. (the few that get moved and not "accidentally" dropped down a flight of stairs - sorry to have to tell you dude, but this machine tops most everybody's list for worst machine Ricoh ever made)

    It's a fairly easy fix, but call a tech - it can get messy if oil has leaked down into the machine.

        Its getting a lot of competition from the MP3500 and MP4000 series machines, and the MPC7500 is running a close second.
