    what does this pic mean on a SR910?

    i need help with this. i need to know what this picture that ive uploaded means? cant get rid of it and how do i fix it?

    i know its not a door switch because they gie out a different message from when the door actually is open.

    Looks like a open door indicator.

      If it says "close finisher cover" you may want to replace the safety switches and the eprom. This bulletin gives the eprom #. Although, I guess if your asking what the picture means it doesn't say anything.

        I have had this before.
        I am pretty sure it was the exit sensor dislodged or out of position. It was a while ago now but I am sure it was something to do with the exit sensor.

          It thinks the finisher isn't up against the machine.

          The copier has probably sunk into the carpet. Move the copier and finisher to a fresh bit of carpet so the actuator lines up properly.

            it was a sensor dislodged in duplex although its a picture indicating something todo with the finisher.when u drop down the duplex the sensor is located at the bottom rear end of th dupplex unit. you will ned to ae the cover off to be able to see it.
