Lanier LD127 Error SC0527

I have not seen the machine yet, Customer says it does nothing just shows the error code "sc0527" Cross to a Ricoh aficio 2027.

There is no SC527 listed in the service manual for this machine. 547 is a fuser related error, probably a broken thermistor or a shagged hot roller.
