    Help: Aficio 551

    Hi Everybody,
    Aficio 551 simple copy is Ok .But paper jam's usually happened when it has multi copies (the first paper went out, the second paper touch to transfer belt) . Pls.help me...

    switch the exit mode to face up, if no jams occur, replace the clutches in the duplex unit, if they still occur, replace the clutches in the feed sections.

      thank for your support, but paper jam happened from tray 1; 2 or bypass

          what's about HDD ? HDD cound be defective ?
