    Aficio 1060 dusting

The problem is this, toner scatering hapens from cleaning unit about 5k after cleaning, the toner drops on ID sensor couseing Vsp and Vsg = 5.00V. Whole PCU was cleaned trough. Seals in PCU are in good condition, all PM parts yeald is 250k. With another PCU machine is working fine...

Replace either lower drum seal or the whole PCU-L housing.

I second that. This is what we used to call a recovery blade on the old analog machines, and I've seen them looking fine, but curled slightly away from the drum and not making a good seal. Not too hard to replace, just messy.

Might also want to check the quenching lamps. If they're dirty you build charge on the drum after a while. That causes toner and eventually developer carrier to be thrown in odd places.

Same deal with the transfer - if you're missing a ground or have a really funky bias you get toner scattering on the underside of the PCU

The toner separation case B065 3161 has mylars that fall off and waste toner then isn't directed to waste but then forced into dev unit. Replace the toner separation case and developer to fix.

Replace all the PCU PM parts - their life is only 300k anyway.

I have several of these machines in the field. That seal starts to cause this problem around 1M or so.

This is also a PM part that is supposed to be replaced at 600K, and they do fail if you try to get too much life out of them.
