2 marks in the center of the page

I have an Lanier LD433, that puts two marks on the trail edge of the paper. It is coming from the drum scrapers. I stopped a copy mid cycle, and it happens before fusing. It also does it on a counter sheet. The line right up to the drum scrapers, but they are clean. I replaced drum and developer, and they are still there.

Anybody ever see this?

Remove PCU, disassembled to the mag roller; a scratch on the mag roller surface or paper dust fibers can cause the marks on every thing printed (intermittently)

Check the transfer roller and see if it has marks on it that line up to the ones from the drum fingers. If so, replace it.
