hi friends i am new here i have a problem with ricoh 4015.Indicates toner empty and p.e together any ideas?

Thats an old one, the mylar guides in the toner hopper used to come off, stopping the supply to the dev unit, take the chuck apart and you may see the mylars. You'll have to replace them if you can get them

Just had a thought about the paper end, the cassette used to wear and not lock in properly, push in and down motion it used to stop the paper lift mech form working. If you shove the cassette in hard and push dowm and it works, then thats the fault, again you'll have to replace the cassette.
