You will have to ask M$, I just know tha this happend a lot in 2008 when SP3 started pushing out in the auto update. We had a lot of customers do a regression to SP2 and funtions resumed.

Map a network drive to the folder you want to scan to. SR Lite can only scan to local drives but can scan to a mapped drive.

Really? Not if installed in SERVICE MODE (most common). And Not in XP as far as the 100 or so installed locations I did.

            Hi again,

I managed to bring the 2220 that was at my branch office to my headquarters to test it in the LAN, and I have the same problem, the 2220 is not getting the adress destination list from the scanrouter!

I noticed a difference, its a 2220 only and not 2220d like the one I have at my headquarters, whats the difference? duplex?

Any ideas to get it working, I'm out of ideas!

                Finally it's working!

The problem was on the scan SD card, scanner function was not configured!

Now scanrouter lite v2 it's working great with windows server 2008 std, all users can scan to the network folder

In link at the endof this post you can findo some information about error codes related to network and scan to folder.

I came here looking for some information, the customer support from Kyocera in Spain can no give a valid solution for scananing to a shared folder, I have a problem with a Kyocera FS1118, there are 3 notebooks with different versions of Windows 7 and Vista and a PC with XP and the printer conected by USB.

Obviously the has no problem since it works with USB port, but in the other notebooks in impossible to make it work. The most is that a file docXXXX45678.pdf is created in the notebook shared folder, but it is only 2 Kb and when trying to open it, Acrobat says that the file is been used, i can delete it neither, im bored of this Kyocera.

                    Sorry for my english
