mpc 3300. Lamps

Hello,

I have a problem with several mpc 3300 new.
The fusing lamps are defective, break it one by one.

Couldn't it be a factory problem ?

Was reported some problems about defective lamps but nothing to be considered a general problem. Contact you Ricoh technical support representative and provide hime the serial numbers of the affected units. Ask for replacement of the fusing units. You'll pretty sure receive new ones.

We have had lots of problems with our new mpc 2800/3300 type range of machines. We (as a company) have spoke to Ricoh and they have informed us of a change in company who makes them. It is being delt with......so we are being told.

The Lamps went out of stock a wee while back so in the mean time if you have any probs you can fit a mpc2500/3000/3500/4500 lamps which I have never had any probs with.

A new firmware will be available in decembre.
to restrict the probleme put energy mode timer to 15 mn or 30 mn
