    Hi
    After replacing a new developer, OPC drum and cleaning blade all over the paper I have developer. All voltage and settings are correct on the display.

    Developer bias peaks maybe...(Check dev. roller contact).
    Did you clean/replace the charge corotron?

      Did you also replace the brush roller? This roller can get completely soaked with toner.

          Did u have the doctor blade out on the dev? if so did you put it back in the right place?

              OPC

              After 2 days and many hours, I have changed many boards but at the end I found out that the problem was is new OPC drum (KATUN shit).
