Aficio 2238c double image on b/w print only.

we have the problem with the aficio 2238C b/w print out (Print from PC, Print from Copier Report or copying at b/w mode). those words (full page) look fatter or double. but it look ok in full color mode. pls help. thank you.

Aficio 2238c double image on b/w print only

This machine uses dual beam writing in b/w mode (single beam in colour mode). The laser pitch has gone out of adjustment.
Make a note of the LD beam pitch (SP2-109-5 & 6) and then try resetting it to default (SP 2-109-2 & 3) and then re-input the original settings.
This worked for me after cleaning a laser unit on a DSc445 (J-C2)

Find the SP2-109-5 & 6's value at the list located at the front cover. the SP mode value does not same as the list. try to reset the same value from the list than the b/w print back to normal. thank you for the advice.
