Aficio 3224c Touch Screen Trouble

Okay, touch screen locked up. We swapped entire assembly and it worked fine. Now client says it locked up again. Any ideas why?

If that machine was on Ricoh's recall list for bad touchscreens, make sure you are replacing it with the updated part.

Don't take that toner with me!
