I have a gestetnet 6002 with a sr860 been working fine now its saying jam at r1 and r3, there is no jam, as soon as it boots up it says this then if you open and shut the finisher door it goes away, run a copy and it stops at r3. I have changed both sensors at r1 and r3, the motors at these locations,and the controll board on the finisher.????
it sounds like the customer unhooked the finisher while the machine was on...... but the cutomer is always right??? right????.
