Savin C3528 prints only blue

Customer replaced bk, cy, mg toner cartridges and machine only prints cy. Anyone have any suggestions as to what is happening?

Have you looked at the machine? Try printing test pages from sp mode. Does it pass color calibration and registration? This sounds like it could be anything from operator error to a serious problem.

Run skyshots of each color to see if diagonal voids appear. It is possible that the developer drive clutches have been binding and 3 of the units have depleted their developer so the customer replaced toners only because copies were light. Replace all 4 clutches and developer units if this is the case.
