RC2500 stuck on Add ALL toner and replace Black PCU

Hey guys,

I am a tech relaying this problem for another tech.

He has a C2500 (19k on color, customer runs mostly color) and says replace all toners and black pcu. He has replaced black pcu and toners are new. This box has the updated firmware. The machine is stuck on this. He has done an engine clear in the past and it has taken care of the problem on two separate machines. Tried it on this one with no success. Has anyone seen this?

The only time i have seen this problem is when an all clear has been done.

Currently, the only resolution for this issue is to replace the VBCU Board and the IC2.
