lot Toner drop inside the machine from transfer belt connection to the toner collection in aficio 1060
I have aficio 1060,i find a lot of toner inside the machine ( mostly on the rear of the duplex) I find that its drop from the transfer belt its waste toner ,I remove the transfer unit and clean every thing and check the transfer belt waste toner coil and the toner collection coil from transfer side its ok and moving,I install the unit .

From the back of the machine, check the reclaim coil assy. There is one screw that holds it in and if over tightened, it will tilt back away from the frame. This will allow any waste toner, moving from the transfer unit into the coil, to fall out. After removing the rear cover, you will see a pile of toner under here as well.
