Anyone had trouble with 1170D in an MP161? We noticed the spring doesn't always pull the bottle claws open far enough but even when they're open all the way the nipple on the plug has trouble fitting into the hole. Does the 1270D fit any better? Must be a common problem (this may be a Lanier version machine but I'm assuming this toner works in all versions).

Thank you very much for the bulletin, EDP 885531 -we shaved down the 'boss' on the toner plug onsite to help resolve the issue. I figured something was amiss with the plug and not the machine but its nice to get confirmation.Comment
