Ricoh Aficio 2228C documents

Does anybody know if it is possible to retrieve the documents from the document server on an aficio 2228C? Are the PDF or a proprietary format.

in the web admin, you can retrieve the documents in the format of PDF and JPEG

I am trying to practice this on a Ricoh aficio 1224C, but do not see files or where they might be. I went to web address of copier & logged in with admin & password. Is this the same as aficio 2228C or am I doing something wrong?

You need the file format convertor option to retrieve from the doc server to a pc. The 1224 is a bit different as well because you can't copy address book but 2228c you can.
