Rebuild the fuser with new hot roller and pressure roller. That's usually favourite.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Where is the jam 'logged'. I agree with Toner Monkeh, rebuild fuser and clean entrance guide of any toner build up. Paper tray settings??????
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.

That's a good point actually dude. Out of position end and side fences can also cause this. I've also seen broken teeth on the interchange junction gates cause gay issues too.

The fuser exit sensor is held in the side door above the transfer unit. This sensor looks at a square recess in the fuser unit cover. The recess can get quite dusty and cause the sensor to have a false reading causing fuser exit jams.
Also, the junction gates in the separation/exit unit can stick. The rubber pads that the actuator sits on perrish and become sticky and there are 4 idle rollers in the exit section that can get covered in hard toner and can crumble away.
