the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

Are you getting any SC codes? Is the machine not fusing properly? Check SP 1106-1 and 1106-2. What's the actual temperature. Actually, what IS the specific problem other than you can't see your hiter shining? Need a little more info to help.

As johnny32 suggested, you need to check the continuity of the thermostats. The email you sent me mentioned SC codes 141 and 142. This model does not have those SC codes.
