We have a customer with one of these machines and they just replaced all of their drum units in the machine. Now their copies are getting yellow streaks down them. What could have caused this problem, and what can be done to fix it? Any help appreciated, thank you.

Most likely a faulty drum unit. Try cleaning the charge roller on the yellow pcu. If that doesn't fix it, replace the unit.

How would I go about doing that? Do you know how to take the drum unit apart to get to the charge roller? If so could you give me some instructions on how to take it apart?

The charge roller sits on the underside of the PCU. Turn it over, you'll see a black plate that swivels out after you use a flat blade to pop 3 clips out. When you have the charge roller assembly out, very carefully take the little springs off the side of the cleaning roller, then clean the charge roller with a little bit of warm water. Don't scrub too hard tho, you'll take the coating off the roller. Make sure it's dry before you put the charge unit back in. That should sort your problem.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.
