    MP2550 Wrinkles copies when duplexing

so far i have replaced fuser, reduced fusing temperature, adjust fuser entry guide lower, increase buckle from duplexer and removed a magnet and catch plate (which is on the back side of the transfer unit). The macine got better, but still wrinkles about every 30~50 copies. Any other ideas on this?

You said replaced fuser, and I'll assume that means a brand new unit. Often the press roller gets soft and replacement resolves the problem. Also check the spring tension and tension levers are the same and not bent, damaged, etc. Also clean all of the duplex rollers and vertical transport rollers.

Have you tried fresh paper, different kind of paper or different brand?
the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

This most often is paper related.

Sometimes you get this when the tray guides are broken and the paper sits too far back in the tray and gets snagged on the workings on its way through the machine......

Had this problem today on a Konica machine - it was caused by the duplex unit's rollers being slippery. Gave them a good cleaning until they gained traction, problem gone.

Tech support just told me the engineers in japan are aware of the problem and are trying to resolve it. Design issue.
