    Savin 3030/Ricoh C3000 Please Wait

Been having ongoing issue with please wait warming up. Reboot machine, comes to ready, works fine. Replaced thermistors, updated firmware. Problem comes back again. This is happening to numerous machines in a school district. Any tips would be helpful.

Try disconnecting the HDD and see if the problem still occurs.
Don't take that toner with me!

I have been having the same problem with about 4 machines, sometimes one of them will go 2 weeks without doing it. We did fix a couple of machines by shimming the fuser electrical connector so it seated farther into the machine. The next thing I am going to try on one of my other machines is replacing the front door and side unit safety switches.
