Its not actually jamming. More like stopping. I blew out all the sensors(3) and cleaned the feed and aligning roller. The customer says it has been doing this for while intermittently at first and now pretty much all the time.

And no, I did not sell them that atrocity. They found it on the interwebs.

You have problem with FUSING UNIT.There are have Press roller and hot foil .You must put fat on verge hot foil.
