    aficio 3245c

    hi..
    i've bought this machine as a used unit from my local dealer,but now i can't change timer setting because it will show 'you do not have the privileges to use this function' message..what should i do??

      When you press user tools there should be a login button on the touch panel next to the exit button on the top. Try admin an leave the password blank. If that doesn't work you'll need to call the dealer to get the code or turn the function off.
      the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.
