Ricoh 2035 please tell me what the problem is that the machine constantly looking for toner, copies of the pale when otvotim and close the lid and the machine begins to spin and stop, but a copy was very faint, then enter the service mode and let forsed toner and get a good copy of the al , And then re-machine slowly starts to loose toner. When you start copying slowly start to lose quality up and starts to fade and to seek toner. The new drum and new developer inside.thanks

Check the mylars inside the toner bottle holder. They often fall off and cause light copies.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. Replace toner supply (part # B0823208) or the internal part with the mylars (part # A2323240) which is even cheaper!Comment

toner hopper
lookslike your problem is with the toner hopper.
replase A267-3560, G020-3334, A184-3420.
and your hopper will be new.Comment

If forced toner brings the CQ back up, I wouldn't say it's the toner hopper mylars, because it wouldn't add toner at all. What readings are you getting from the TD and ID sensors? Check and post back.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

sir I'm having same situation of add toner indication, i just replace a toner hopper
and it indicates again, i try also the sp mode force tonner because copy is light
but indicates add toner, what are the actions that im going to do sirComment

check your readings of Vsg & Vsp. they should be about 4.0 and .30, respectively( like TonerMunkeh said). You are probably looking at neeeding to replace the TD sensor, which is located on the bottom of the developer unit.Comment

If it is a problem with the mylars, and you can find at least three of them, attach them with screws like the ones left over from changing the PCUs on the Lanier LD435c.
