For 100 pages is ok then density drops ( Vsp is 0,9 VT is 3 ) and machine do nothing , then after 200pages is ok , nad so slovly density drops . Until machine ha 150K it prints almost white .

I can verify that diagnosis, I have had about six mp9000s that killed that motor. Plenty of toner in the hopper, but the motor (b2343055, I think) won't drive it into the dev unit. No codes, just light copies. Do an output check with the dev out and see if it turns. The output check number is near the end of the list.

I have other things . MY mp9000 works fine , but all other katanas not , this faster one . My toner motor work I think . Is on yours machines motor was dead and didnt work at all or he was working but not good ? Because my motor work , but I cant tell if it is working ok . I even reduce toner supllay rate to 100 and still have same problems . I will order this motor to see What heapens with new motor , but I think motor is OK , specially I have 2 new Pro 1357 with only 1 500 000 and they have same problems .....

The motor would usually turn if you removed the dev and forced the door switches, but you could easily stop it with your fingers. The toner roller would load it enough that it wouldn't turn. I could tell the motor was bad once it was out of the machine - you know how a bad stepper motor can feel 'notchy' sometimes? All of the bad ones I had were like that. New one turns smooth.

If I remember right, you can remove the right upper cover and see it turn, with everything assembled, except maybe the little fan towards the rear. Or you could look at the spindle of the motor from the rear. Can you force toner and get any density back? If so, it probably isn't the motor.
