I have tried to setup scan to folder on several different Ricoh machines and the same thing happens every time.After you log in with the username and password I get the message "check settings" and after that the machine will not browse the network, until it is powered off\on. I cannot find any info in regard to scanning and Windows 7. I have turned the firewall and virus protection off and set the security settings as low as possible. Do the machines need a firmware upgrade?
