Ricoh Aficio 2022 J055 Code

Getting a Jam Code J055 the jam is in the docfeeder but everything I see on line says that J055 is for tray 3 and tray three is not in the hunt..(8-1/2 x 11 is the paper size and tray three is 8-1/2 x 14)

Make sure the doc feeder is detecting the original size correctly, and the paper size selector for tray 3 is set properly for the paper size it has.

Don't take that toner with me!
