automatic reporting of paper meters

Good morning!

When i set up ricoh multifunctional machine, i need to do the way the machine sends
the report about how many paper is used for printing and scanning and others on fixed date of
every month, because then we don't need to call the customers to check those data every month.
The report coming to us could be any form, either e-mail or fax.
Is it possible to set up that automatic reporting on the ricoh machine like 3245, 3030 and others.
In addition to that, i also want to know whether we can get the regular report about the remaining
amount of cartridge in the above mentioned form.

I don't think so. Outside of Ricohs @Remote anyway, then the data is transmitted to Servers in Japan,
The way we do it is require the customer to print a counter report on the first of every month and fax it to us. Scanning data can only be aquired by going into SP mode, and you don't want a customer in there.

I'm amazed Ricoh doesn't have some built in feature to do this (at least for MFP's equipped with a fax unit). Their stand alone fax machines have been able to auto send a service report for years.
