Customer is getting a toner overflow is full indicator on their display. I emptied the overflow tank and cleaned the sensor but the indicator is still on. I replaced the BCU circuit board and even that didn't help. So I took the customers overflow tank to another copier and tried it in the machine and it worked. What else could be causing this problem? Could there be a broken wire or am I overlooking something? Any help appreciated, thank you.

You'll find that during the life of the machine users have pulled out the waste tank and damaged the wiring at the connector, suggest cutting back the wiring and putting another connector on.
There is one at the back of the frame that isn't used if you don't have one.
