I keep getting SC733 (Lower tray motor error) for the finisher in two Ricoh 1035 & Ricoh 1035G machines. Finishers worked great prior to moving them to a new office. Any suggestions? Runs fine when finisher is unplugged from copier.

Sounds like the finishers have taken a knock or they have used the trays to lash them down during transportation and broken something. Check the gearing of the finisher that allows the trays to move up and down would be my first port of call.
