What kind of blurr? (Vertical line at the middle of the print running from top edge to bottom edge?)
Does this affect the resolution of a printed idol?

Has anyone been working on the dev/drum drive in the back? I've seen the gears put on backwards (won't say who ) and that will give a blurred image. Could also be some chewed up teeth on the gear.

Its just a blurr on each individual character, much more noticable on small fonts, if you print the font page, the samller ones are worse than the bigger ones

If it's only blurry on the black and not the color then the problem most likely lies in the drum drive (Bk is a separate drive from the color). Check the gear teeth, but you may want to replace the motor and gear to be safe.
