    Ricoh Error Codes

    Is there some online resource where we can get a list of common Ricoh Error Codes, specifically for the Afficio MP 1100 series. We have five of these, and while we know SOME error codes, it would still be great if we had a resource that has more.

    On a side note... anyone know what SC750 error is?

      SC750 - Upper tray lift for the B830 finisher.

      The upper tray paper height
      sensor does not change its
      status within 20 sec. after the
      tray raises or lowers. The 1st
      detection failure issues a jam
      error, and the 2nd failure issues
      this SC code.

          I have several Ricoh Aficio 3030 that I have purchased and all have error code sc870-01 on them.I suspect that they are all from government departments,where the HDD have been removed.
          Are these HDD obtailable or can they be formated with any similar HDD.

                      I know this is a crazy idea, but how 'bout buying a manual?

                      Who knows? You might need to run a simulation or look up a part number. Do you expect somebody here to do your due diligence, your research?

                      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
