    no power..Ricoh AF 700

    I have no power problemfor af 700..i check it was power supply,deffective mosfet power.. I need some help.. I want to know thedata sheet for this ic..

      We don't repair boards at component level, only replace. No detailed schematics are available to the field to do any sort of board repair. I would suggest going to HYTEC for replacement, they offer warrantied repaired boards.
      *fyi, there is a poster (forgot his nick) from across the pond (Wales I believe) that does his own board repairs. Maybe he'll read this thread and offer you some help.
