DSM 618

Hello I have DSM 618 ,when make copies using any Tray the Print come out appoxi 7% Reduce, I check all the USER setting ,APS and RE ,all settings are at home position,
Please need help.

Perform an engine clear (SP5801-3) and see if that sorts it.

Is it reduced on both planes? SP2998 and 4008 and 9 will adjust.

Thanks friends for your replies, Today I reset the SP5 801 ALL MEMORY CLEAR but same result, yes it reduce from all sides, I also replace the hole SCANNER UNIT LSU but same result, I will check SP2 AND SP 4 tomorrow, WHAT is and 9 will adjust. Mr Jomama please.

SP4008 AND SP4009 will adjust the Main scan and the Sub scan size for scanning. SP2998 will adjust the Printing Main Scan size.

I change all SP setting but nothing, IMAGE REDUCE ONLY LENGTH WISE from any Tray and any size of paper.

At last i get the fault. my main PCB have the problem, right now i can change it, because it is expensive for me, OK when i select 112% enlarge the original I get 100% same copy.
Each time we turn ON the copier display show 100% , I want it 112% whenever I turn ON the copier,Please how to memorized 112% ratio , Please need help,

Set it as a User Program, then just use that program

Set the control panel the way you want it, press the Program key and select a program number.
When you want to make a copy, press Program and then the program key number.
Its in the operator manual.
