    Anybody have any issues printing on 120gsm silk coated stock?

    Yeah, there could be an issue. It'll last about half a second in the fuser.
    It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

      I'm having probs like you describe - with135/170 gsm A3/SRA3 silk coated (Mondi). It'll run a couple of hundred sheets, then buckle at the fuser entrance, eventually causing jam39.Rebuilding the fuser seems to cure it for around 100-120K. Plan is to get some other stock to customer to see if it's stock related.

        Have you seen bulletin 37 which talks about jam 37 and 38 ? Could be related ?

          Yeah - That's the one about restricted airflow due to dirty filters. I tried it with the filters out & the back off - same problem. I'm pinning my hopes on a change of stock!!!

            We had one doing it and cleaned the filters customer called back then installed the mylar they are talking about in the bulletin and it seems to have fixed it.
