    MP 6000 overtoning

    Just did a 350k PM on a MP 6000 that was ticking along nicely. Put it back on line now it want to put out a braille copy. No background, just very heavy printing. We swapped drum and dev unit with another machine and there was no change. All the readings in the SMC print out look with in spec.
    Got me stumped, any ideas?
    At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.

      Some "braille copy's" are created by pour fusing. (no pressure, wrong temperature....)
