2232c Cyan background on card stock

Doesn't do it on regular paper. I replaced cyan dev.

Cardstock putting extra pressure on transfer Unit cleaning blade. Check their for Cyan toner buildup perhaps. Also make sure customer is using Cardstock option in print preferences.

special firmwareis avialable.
please update the machine to the latest version available.
check sim 325
set it to on
set the rank to mode 5
set bypass to thick paper.
problem was solved in my case.
this is only the case for this type of machines.
