    I need full mail reports - Ricoh MP C2800 / MP 171

    Hello, friends.

We have many Ricoh's copiers and multifunctionals and to avoid going to each address to collect counters, information for reports etc, I though about some way to do it automatically. Do you know some tool that do this: collects all information to create a full report with counter per user, b&w, color, full counter and sends it to an pre-configured mail? If it's freeware even better!

    Best regards,

    Patrick

If you have it setup to an smtp server you could set this up in web image monitor.
    Auto E-mail Notification

Log on to Web Image Monitor in administrator mode.

Click [Configuration] in the menu area, and then click [Auto E-mail Notification] on the [Device Settings] area.
The dialog box for making notification settings appears.

    Make the following settings:
    • Notification Message: You can set this according to your needs, for example, the machine's location, service representative contact information.
    • Items in the Groups to Notify column: E-mail notification addresses can be grouped as required.
    • Items in the Select Groups/Items to Notify column: Select groups for each notification type, such as machine status and error.
To make detailed settings for these items, click [Edit] next to [Detailed Settings of Each Item].

    Click [OK].

    Click [Logout].

    Quit Web Image Monitor.

I'm trying to register the web smartdevicemonitor and it asks for a license key that I don't have. Where can I find it?

To licence the software, download the product key from:

              http://www.ricoh-support.com/enduser...%2FWSDM%2Ehtml++

Ensure you have an internet connection, install the product key which will take you to the registration site. Complete the required data and a licence will be issued.
