    problem with ricoh 2232c

    Hello, i am having a problem with the copier saying to add yellow toner.
    I have tried 3 different cartridges, I also disconnected the lines and blew them out.
    It is like it is clogged somewhere.does anyone have any ideas?

    I think your next step should be to replace the toner pump above the dev assy in the back of the frame.

        The toner pump is definantely the way forward - the part number for that toner pump is B1013359 and Cyan - B1013358 Magenta - B1013357 Black - B1013356

          Sometimes the drum positioning plate can get bent and not fully lock the pcu in so it doesn't engage the dev unit fully causing this problem. Something to check before you order parts, it is an adventure changing those dev pumps. Ive fixed this by putting sticky rubber pads behind the PCU so to push them in fully.
