I am using MS Publisher 2007 and am trying to print Com10 Envelopes through our Aficio MP C5000. My envelope orientation always prints opposite of how I have it set. I need to run the envelopes through the bypass tray in Landscape orientation, but it only prints in part as if it were Portrait. Is there any way I can change this?

I'm guessing you're using a PostScript print driver, and MS Publisher can produce some very strange results with a PostScript driver. On one occasion I had a customer printing duplex booklet layout from Publisher, to ledger paper. The 8 page letter size original document resulted in single ledger size page in which the images of pg 2 and 3 were overlayed, pg 1 & 4 were overlayed, pg 6 & 7 were overlayed, pg 5 & 8 were overlayed. Switching to a PCL driver emulation solved this problem for me.
Another option is to use another application to send the print job, i.e. MS Word. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
