Hardware problem indicated on Lcd for Printer Ricoh Sp8100

Hi

can someone told me if they already have this problem, on the LCD its indicate "Hardware problem",when user input paper & closed paper tray one. The led red & mention Hardware problem indicate on LCD.
I think that the Paper Dc Motor ONE was defective. i would like to have confirmation with someone WHO has this problem "HARDWARE PROBLEM"

I've never seen the Hardware Problem message on an SP8100, but according to your description it looks like a defective dc-motor.
