Ricoh Aficio 1045

Customer says that with their old copier they could pull up the fax directory on their computer. Can this be done with the Ricoh Aficio 1045, and if so how? Any help appreciated, thank you.

IF your 1045 is equipped with Fax or Scan I would imagine they were logging into the Web Image Monitor via the Machines IP address using their internet browser.

1045 does not have this ability. 2045 and newer have web image monitor.

Hello i have a problem with Ricoh Aficio 1045. Black lines appear at the sheet. I've replaced several drum cleaning blades but no results. When I change cleaning blade problem disappear, but appears again in a few days.

Check the mag roll, brush away the developer from the surface - if it's not shiny and looks like it's painted black scrub it clean or replace it. Also you may want to change the drum if you haven't, might have a low spot. Also check and clean the discharge lamps.

does this happen when original laid on glass or fed through feeder??? if feeder clean glass and optics. If niether check pcu unit to see what cleans the charge roller. If black roller clean with soapy water and dry if foam pad; replace. Hope this helps!!!
