Ricoh SPC410DN - Maintenance Reset Procedure?

    Ricoh SPC410DN, SPC411 maintenance kit part 402593.

Would you or one of your copier buddies know if there is a reset procedure after changing the fuser when installing this maint kit??
Anyone know the answer to my boss's question (above)?
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

    Hi,

I pretty sure the counter clears it self when the new fuser is fitted. Make sure you have the right maintenance kit, the 410 & 411 have different fusers. They physicaly fit, but the machine comes up with an error if the wrong one is fitted.

Ditto what Philinghorn said, but if you need to reset it manually use SP7804-11 (fuser pm reset) and/or 7815-007 (fuser replacement counter reset)

Yes Occasionally the PM Counter won't reset. This is usually do to a spring that is out of place on side of fuser facing wall. Just reset Pm counter as above.
