    MPC 2500 ardf jamming int.

1 page always goes thru, 2 most of the time, 3 or more jams on either 3rd 4th or 5th page. Now i know what most of you are thinking but theres only 62k gone thru the adf in fact there's only 123k on the machine. Torqu limiter, rev roller and belt are all good, also that little black plastic flap that sits on the cork friction pad is good. Output mode checks ok so any ideas please.

I have replaced the clutch on that particular model twice within the last 2 months. Part # AX210102. I also replace the one way that drives the pull out roller since I'm in there - # B7894261

This the model with felt bad in the pit? If so any white paper dust in there will trigger jams.

reckon hes talking about where the registration photo interupter looks into. It gets full of paper dust and triggers random jams.

I would still hit up all the sensors and clean the areas opposite them. check the manual to make sure you get them all. some can take some disassembly to get to.
Don't take that toner with me!
