LD232C Key Operator code

How do I clear this. One of my clients fired someone and never got the code from her. How can I clear it.. I can't get into the user tools at all.

try logging in as supervisor.

User name = supervisor
password, leave blank.

the only thing a supervisor can do is change the admin password.

if anybody works on the LDD350D duplicator. I have one showing duplexer not set correctly...problem follows the duplex unit. anybody?
